Required Documents for New Student Enrollment in Schools

1. Original student certificates up to the last academic year, officially approved and stamped by the school (for any student who studied in public or private education within the Kingdom).

2. The last two academic certificates for students coming from outside the Kingdom, or for students transferring from foreign education systems.

3. A copy of the national ID (valid) for Saudi students, or a valid residence permit (Iqama) and passport for resident students, or a copy of a valid visit visa renewal for visiting Syrian and Yemeni students.

4. A family register for the Saudi guardian, or a residence permit and passport for a resident guardian.

5. A copy of the birth certificate, along with the original for verification of the information.

6. A complete vaccination record.

7. A medical examination form.

8. A certificate from an accredited kindergarten for students who are below the official admission age by up to (180 days).

9. Three personal photos of the student.

10. Students transferring from international schools to private schools must provide their latest academic certificate certified by the Education Office, along with a letter from the guardian stating their desire to transfer the student from the international pathway to the private pathway.

11. Students coming from outside the Kingdom must have their academic certificates attested by the official authorities in the country of origin, as well as by the Saudi embassy or the Ministry of Education.

12. Ensure that the student’s age matches the admission requirements approved by the Ministry of Education (especially for kindergarten and first grade students).

13. Provide an approved financial clearance from the previous school for students coming from private or international schools, confirming that all tuition fees have been paid.
